The Hotel Carrington | Local Pub Brisbane

Hotel Carrington is the newest edition in the valley, taking residence inside the heritage building (corner Wickham St and Gipps St) as well as the two neighbouring tenancies at 143 Wickham Street.

Boasting two new secret garden areas, joined by a cool exposed brick alleyway, Hotel Carrington displays old world charm with a modern make-over.

The iconic building was designed by famous Brisbane architect Robin Dodds and built in 1906. Hotel Carrington’s interiors are a nod to their past with raw exposed brick, pressed metal ceilings and polished concrete throughout the venue coupled with modern finishes of greenery and eye-catching art.

Hotel Carrington specialises in ‘feel good’ food fortitude valley, combining pub value classics such as salads, pizzas, burgers and fortitude valley steak house Brisbane with exciting modern Australian cuisine. A feature on our menu is our smokehouse items using our specialty Texas ‘Red Dirt’ smoker to enhance the flavours.
